Before our technician starts, they will do a walk-through with you to pre- inspect your carpet, allowing you to show them any areas of concern. The tech will talk to you about what you can or cannot expect, how long the carpet cleaning and/or upholstery cleaning should take and answer any questions you may have. He will then measure the area to be cleaned and let you know the exact cost before he starts.
We pre-vacuum and pre-treat problem areas/stains as needed. EKO uses cleaning products that are safe and non-toxic. Our system utilizes approximately 10 to 20% of the solution that a common steam cleaner uses, and is usually dry in less than two hours. We use large floor buffing pads to dry any excess cleaning solution cleaning solui left on the carpeted surface after cleaning. This not only prevents the solution from evaporating and allowing the residual dirt to settle back onto the newly-cleaned surface, but also aids in the drying time.
Many homeowners make the mistake of assuming their carpet, floors, and upholstery are clean just because they look clean. What they may not know is that, over time, even the most spotless looking carpets and upholstery collect germs, allergens and soil below the surface.
Protect your carpet and upholstery investment by scheduling regular cleaning! In addition to getting rid of the germs, allergens, and deep-seated dirt, a professional cleaning is recommended by carpet manufacturers about every eight to twelve months. Using a professional carpet cleaner will prolong the life of your carpet, floors, and upholstery, in addition to making it look newer and refreshed.
